Marita Golden, President/CEO : The acclaimed author of 12 works of fiction and nonfiction, including the popular best sellers Long Distance Life, Migrations of the Heart , and Don't Play in the Sun . She is a veteran teacher of writing and conducts workshops on fiction, nonfiction, and writing and spirituality. She has been a member of the graduate creative writing faculties at George Mason University and Virginia Commonwealth University . She has been honored by the Authors Guild, and Poets and Writers for her literary institution building.

Clyde McElvene, Executive Director/CFO : A bibliophile, community activist, management consultant, and publicist.
